Our services include design, detailing, project management, onsite prototype and production support. Further to this, we can supply onsite support if there is a requirement to support in-house projects.
Component design
Our in-house engineers have experience of designing plastic mouldings, metallic castings and fabrications. We also have close links to numerous suppliers both in the UK and the Far East who work with us to provide expert support that results in a high value engineered product. Virtual testing, such as kinematic and dynamic studies, along with FEA, can be completed by our highly skilled team before prototypes are made.
System design
From our client’s brief we can undertake complete system design from pneumatic or hydraulic machinery to automotive systems. We also offer simple electrical and full harness design, including routing and detailing. Through a detailed project plan, we ensure good visibility of key dates which are tracked and discussed frequently with the client.
Onsite support
Our team of engineers are flexible and therefore we can provide onsite services for short or long term projects. To enable a suitable candidate to be placed, an initial meeting will be required to discuss the role in detail. We will endeavour to provide a suitable candidate, however, if we feel that if we cannot match your requirements then honesty is our policy.
